  This company is a joke. I paid them roughly $350 two years ago to install a water fountain. It broke last week so I naturally called gen back to do the work again. After calling THREE days in a row to try and get an answer, I told them I needed an estimate for my insurance company. Greg instantly said "oh it's going to be $800". Yet they don't have to do half the work they did before since the first time they had to put a foundation down. This is a prime example of trying to screw a customer and screw an insurance claim. This place will never get a dollar of mine.
