  Excellent support. A wide variety of hardware solutions, and a good technical staff to help. Surprising what they fit inside the 4 walls.... I've used them for home and light industrial issues, running gamut from fasteners, plumbing, grout, tools. Will cut/size stock & fix some lawn equipment. I go there first, before a big-box or other local hardware...

  Wanted to drop off lawn mower and rototiller for tune up after been sitting for a year and hard starting. Was directed to service deptartment. Apparently no one actually works the counter. Was told by 3 different people, "he would be with me in a minute". Never saw the invisible clerk. Ended up leaving. Must be too busy for my business.
